Training

Mental Health First Aid

The 12th Man campaign is proud to offer the internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid training.

We offer the half-day and two-day courses to business and groups that affiliate with our campaigns. The half-day is an introductory course, and the two-day is the full Mental Health First Aid certificate. You can do one or both courses with us.

We are now pleased to be delivering training face-to-face in shops and club venues again. In this ever-changing pandemic, we anticipate that we will offer more face-to-face sessions in warmer months, and more online sessions in winter.

Our online training is delivered using Zoom. Click on the link to download it.

We are currently funded to provide training for small businesses and interest groups across Norfolk and Suffolk.

We work with trades including Barbers, Tattoo shops, Pubs, Menswear stores, Taxis and Van-based trades. We also work with interest groups such as Cycling Clubs and Football Clubs. We are working primarily with trades and interests that work closely with men, or where men constitute a large part of their customer or client base.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic we will only offer our training online for the foreseeable future. We are currently preparing course dates for 2022 and hope to see you on these courses very soon.

We can offer our training at a cost to organisations outside of our funded areas. If you would like to discuss this please get in touch.
