12th Man provide mental health training and support for local businesses and interest groups in the East of England. We help businesses and clubs become better teams, and we are steadily creating a network of trained individuals who know what is means to 'Be The 12th Man'. Our campaign helps these businesses, clubs and individuals to work together, and help promote positive daily mental health.

Commission us

We’re keen to partner with local authorities and health commissioners to support men’s mental health in communities. With proven experience in delivering impactful, community-based projects, we’re committed to expanding the 12th Man movement across the UK—creating a lasting difference for men’s wellbeing, one conversation at a time.

Sponsor us

We're looking to grow the 12th Man movement by partnering with businesses and organisations ready to take a leadership role in championing men's mental health. By sponsoring key elements of the campaign, you’ll help drive meaningful change in your industry and beyond. If you're interested in becoming a sponsor, we’d love to hear from you.

Partner with us

We’re building long-term partnerships with businesses that share our mission to reach and support more people. We're especially keen to collaborate with lifestyle and fashion brands that can help make conversations about men’s mental health part of everyday culture. Together, we can make talking about mental health the norm—not the exception.

Fundraise for us

We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing support we've received from individuals and businesses who’ve fundraised for us. Whether it’s taking on an epic challenge or hosting a simple collection pot, every effort helps us continue our vital work. If you’re inspired to fundraise and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
