12th Man Sports works with Sports Clubs and businesses to promote positive mental health and connect physical and mental wellbeing

Sports Clubs of all kinds are found in every community. Sport and fitness have direct links to mental health and wellbeing. Sports clubs often have large memberships and bring people together from diverse backgrounds and occupations.

Through our 12th Man Sports project we work with running, rowing, ball-game and all other sports groups. We provide Mental Health First Aid and Awareness training and encourage members to take the 12th Man back to their workplaces to help us promote positive mental health across communities.
