12th Man Pub

12th Man Pub helps pubs, clubs and and bars to support staff and community wellbeing

Happy Hours

Whether it's a traditional community pub, a restaurant or a city nightspot, entertainment spaces have a close link to community mental health. People visit to socialise with friends or family, to watch sports, or before during or after a big night out. Most people use the spaces to have fun and boost our wellbeing, while some might visit these places to address poor mental health.

The 12th Man Pub follows the successful model that was developed with barbers. We train pub, club, brewery and bar staff in Mental Health First Aid, either out-of-hours in pubs or on arranged courses. We help pubs, clubs, breweries and bars support their customers' and colleagues' wellbeing, and explore ways these businesses can play an ever-more vital community role by supporting daily mental health conversation and awareness.
