12th Man Cycling Club supports cyclists and clubs to make mental health part of their regular rides and interactions.

Cycling is a popular activity among men, and it has proven mental and physical health benefits. Cycling can help men to set goals and take on challenges, explore the environment that they live in and get closer to nature. By riding in a group or side by side, men can often feel able to open up and talk about their feelings.
Through the 12th Man Cycling Club we provide mental health first aid and awareness training to cyclists and cycling clubs to promote positive mental health. We advocate a 'whole-club' approach to reduce stigma, and encourage the use of MHFA as much as possible within our normal conversations and interactions on the bike.
