Cafes and Coffeeshops are social spaces in cities, towns and villages across our communities. Cafes often have regular customers that they may talk with often, and form positive relationships with. Cafes can also be spaces for work meetings and often have strong connections with local businesses and community groups making them ideal spaces for 12th Man to work.
Cafes often have busy periods and this can be stressful at times. 12th Man provide Mental Health First Aid and Awareness training for cafes and coffeeshops to support staff teams manage difficult periods and help them promote positive mental health in their community.
