12th Man Car Club supports showrooms, garages, driving schools, classic car and motorsports clubs to enjoy positive mental health

Road to Recovery

The world of cars and motorsports offers a unique space for men to bond, engage, and challenge themselves, whether through working on classic cars, racing, or sharing a passion for vehicles. This sense of camaraderie can also provide an opportunity to improve mental health, reduce stigma, and create a supportive environment where men feel comfortable discussing their well-being.

12th Man Car Club partners with car showrooms, garages, car clubs, and motor groups to promote positive mental health within the motor community. We offer mental health first aid and awareness training, encouraging open conversations about mental health during everyday interactions in the garage, at events, or during group meet-ups. By adopting a 'whole-club' approach, we aim to reduce stigma, encourage support, and create a healthier, more inclusive environment for all involved in the automotive world.
